Pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), in lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, the
Court REMANDS this matter to the circuit court for the purpose of correcting the judgment of sentence to
reflect the sentencing offense of domestic violence, MCL 750.81(2), with an enhanced penalty for prior
domestic violence convictions, MCL 750.81(5).
We do not retain jurisdiction.
