The motion for leave to file a reply brief is DENIED and the motion for reconsideration of
this Court’s June 12, 2026 opinion is GRANTED. In this breach of contract action, this Court vacated the
trial court’s judgment and remanded this matter for further proceedings. Both parties agree that defendant
is entitled to damages for commissions on purchase orders submitted during September 2021 on sales
made prior to termination of the agreement but disagree as to the amount owed. In light of the parties’
general agreement, and because the Court’s June 12, 2026 opinion did not address this issue, we remand
with instructions that the trial court revisit the issue of damages. As appellate review would be aided by
further explanation, the trial court shall make a comprehensive record on the issues of damages, including
any reductions it deems appropriate and the legal basis for those reductions. We retain jurisdiction.
