Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
ASHLEY RENEA LECLAIR V LARRY ALLEN SHOOP
Docket No. 380567
LC No. 2016-000095-DS
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal and the motion for stay are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction
because the April 13, 2026 order appealed from is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1);
MCR 7.202(6)(a). The April 13, 2026 order was not the first order to dispose of all the claims and to
adjudicate the rights and liabilities of the parties. MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i). The April 13, 2026 postjudgment
order also did not grant or deny a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile.
MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4),
provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
