application for leave to appeal, the March 3, 2025 order denying defendant’s motion for relief from
judgment is VACATED and the case is REMANDED to the trial court for reconsideration of defendant’s
motion for relief from judgment in light of the decision in People v Echols, ___ Mich App ___; ___ NW3d
___ (2025) (Docket No. 370709).
We do not retain jurisdiction.
