Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the October 23, 2025
order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
postjudgment order regarding the appointment of a receiver cannot be considered an order that grants or
denies a motion to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii).
Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing
meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
The motion for immediate consideration, motion for stay, and motion to waive the
requirements of MCR 7.209 are DENIED as moot.
