The motion to extend time to file appellees' brief is GRANTED until 14 days after the filing
of the transcript with the trial court. Appellant shall ensure that the court reporter timely files the required
notice with this Court regarding the filing of the transcript in the trial court , MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a);
MCR 7.210(B)(3)(e), and appellant shall provide appellees’ counsel a copy of the transcript
contemporaneously with the filing of the transcript in the trial court, MCR 7.216(A)(7).
