Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the December 16, 2025
order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a). MCR 7.203(A)(1). Specifically,
the December 16, 2025 order denied an objection to, and affirmed, an August 27, 2025 order. The August
27, 2025 order, however, did not grant or deny a motion to change legal custody, physical custody or
domicile. Therefore, the December 16, 2025 order affirming the earlier order is not final pursuant to the
definition set forth in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal
under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not
time-barred.
