Brock A. Swartzle, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for reconsideration of this Court’s order denying the waiver of fees is DENIED.
As with plaintiff’s original motion to waive fees, plaintiff failed to provide this Court with any of the
information needed to make an indigency determination under MCR 2.002. The motion for
reconsideration makes arguments that pertain to the merits of the underlying case, not to the considerations
that pertain to fee-waiver requests. In short, plaintiff has not demonstrated a palpable error that would
warrant reconsideration of the fee-waiver denial. See MCR 7.215(I)(1); MCR 2.119(F)(3). Appellant
must pay the full amount owed to the Clerk of the Court within 7 days of certification of this order.
