In lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE that portion of the October 20, 2025
judgment of sentence that requires defendant to pay $1643.00 in attorney fees, and REMAND for the trial
court to provide findings of fact supporting the imposition of attorney fees for defendant’s legal assistance.
See MCL 769.1k(1)(b)(iv), and People v Lewis, 503 Mich 162, 167-168; 926 NW2d 796 (2018). In all
other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
