The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to extend time to file the court reporter or recorder certificate of ordering
transcript, permit cure after expiration, and hold involuntary dismissal in abeyance is GRANTED. The
time for appellant to secure the filing of a copy of a stenographer’s certificate of ordering transcripts for
this appeal is EXTENDED until September 15, 2026. Thus, this appeal will not be submitted on the
involuntary dismissal docket for failure to file the stenographer’s certificate on or before that date.
The motion to file a reply to the answer to the substantive motion is DENIED as
unnecessary.
