jurisdiction” to an appeal as of right, for bond pending appeal, and to “order prosecutor to perform its duty
under MCLS 49.153,” as well as all motions to supplement the motion for remand, including the alternate
request to restore appellate rights, are DENIED.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to
establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment.
