Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because
appellant failed to file the application within six months of the date of entry for the May 6, 2025 order as
required by MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a). While defendant claims he did not receive the order from the circuit
court until December 2025, the order was signed and entered May 6, 2025, and that controls the
jurisdictional analysis. Defendant may request that the trial court reissue the order via motion directed to
the trial court.
