The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the order appealed
from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). Dismissal is without
prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all
requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
The motion for stay is DISMISSED as moot, given this Court’s lack of jurisdiction over
the appeal.
