for leave to appeal in this Court, the March 27, 2026 order denying defendant’s amended motion to
reinstate his appeal is VACATED and the case is REMANDED to the circuit court for entry of an order
granting the motion to reinstate the appeal.
We do not retain jurisdiction. This order has immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2).
