The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the June 30, 2026 order
is not appealable by right as a postjudgment order awarding attorney fees. See MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iv);
MCR 7.203(A)(1). A postjudgment order awarding attorney fees for a party’s noncompliance with a court
order constitutes a form of compensatory civil contempt, and this Court lacks jurisdiction to review such
an order in an appeal of right. See Uddin v Mukarram, ___ Mich App ___, ___; ___ NW3d ___ (2026)
(Docket No. 377981); slip op at 4. The pending motions are also DISMISSED. Dismissal is without
prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the court rules.
