The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented
as to the challenge to a condition of probation and the request for resentencing. However, this case is
REMANDED to the trial court to clarify the record as to alleged inaccuracy in the presentence report and
to direct preparation of a corrected presentence report if it determines it appropriate to do so.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
