ORDER
MARLIN LOWERY V DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
Docket No. 381771
LC No. 26-009188-AE
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the July 6, 2026 order
of the circuit court on appeal from another tribunal, the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Commission,

7.203(B)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal under
MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-
barred.
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
