UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

V.

TYRESE ROWE (1)

before
2024.

United States District Court

FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS
DALLAS DIVISION

CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 3:24-CR-0157-S

Lr Lr Lr Lr nr

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY

TYRESE ROWE by consent, under authority of United States v. Dees, 125 F.3d 261 (5th Cir. 1997), has appeared
me pursuant to FED. R. CRIM. P. 11, and has entered a plea of guilty to Count 1 of the Indictment filed April 24,
After cautioning and examining TYRESE ROWE Sunder oath concerning each of the subjects mentioned in Rule

11, | determined that the guilty plea was knowledgeable and voluntary and that the offense charged is supported by an

indepe

ndent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of such offense. I therefore recommend that the plea of

guilty be accepted, and that TYRESE ROWE be adjudged guilty of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, in
violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(8), and have sentence imposed accordingly.
