1) Petitioner T.A.’s motion for leave to proceed under a pseudonym, (Doc. 5),
is GRANTED;
2) T.A.’s petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, (Doc. 1),

is DISMISSED for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction;

3) The dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an amended petition within
ten (10) days of the date of this order:

4) T.A.’s motion for a temporary restraining order, (Doc. 3), is DENIED as

petitioner from the United States of America, (Doc. 8), is VACATED due to

the lack of jurisdiction.
