ORDERED 	that 	plaintiff’s 	claims 	against 	defendants 	Joel 	Brott,
Laura Morgan, and Brogan Glem, either officially or individually,
or otherwise, are hereby dismissed with prejudice on their merits
and without costs, disbursements or attorney’s fees to any party.
