ORDER
This action is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate
Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated July 11, 2025 (doc. 36), wherein the
Magistrate Judge recommends denial of Plaintiffs Peter Falkner and Carla Falkner’s motion to
remand and for attorney’s fees (docs. 27, 28), the Falkners’ objection (doc. 37), the Defendants
Plessala Gynecology & Fertility PLLC and InnoMed Seven LLC’s response (doc. 38), and
Defendants Alice Crisci, Ovum Medical LLC, and MedAnswers, Inc.’s response (doc.39).
After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the
issues raised, and a de novo determination of those portions of the Report and Recommendation
to which objection is made, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (doc. 36) is
ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. Accordingly, the motion to remand and request for
attorney’s fees is DENIED.
