AMENDATORY ORDER
BY THE COMMISSION:
On February 25, 2026, we issued Order No. PSC-2026-0054-PAA-WS by which we 	set
proposed rates 	for the 	utility, which have become 	final. This order contained a scrivener’s 	error.
The 	ninth 	Ordering paragraph on page 	41 	incorrectly noted 	initial 	customer 	deposits 	in 	the
amounts of $72 and $89 for water and wastewater, respectively. The correct amounts are $70 and
$88 	as 	set 	forth 	in 	the 	second 	full 	paragraph on page 	33 	of the 	Order. The 	ninth 	Ordering
paragraph on page 41 should read as follows.
ORDERED that the appropriate 	initial customer deposits for the residential 5/8 inch x 3/4
inch meter 	size 	shall be $70 and $88 	for water and wastewater. Additionally, non-potable water
customer deposits 	shall be removed. The 	initial customer deposit 	for 	all other residential meter
sizes and 	all general 	service meter sizes 	shall be two times the average estimated 	bill for water.
The approved 	initial customer 	deposits 	shall be 	effective 	for connections made on 	or 	after 	the
stamped approval date on the 	tariff sheets pursuant to Rule 25-30.475, F.A.C. Grenelefe 	shall be
required to collect the approved deposits 	until authorized 	to change them by us 	in a subsequent
proceeding. 	It is further
Therefore, 	Order 	No. 	PSC-2026-0054-PAA-WS 	is 	hereby 	amended 	to 	reflect 	the
corrected ninth Ordering paragraph on page 41 	as stated above.
Based on the foregoing, 	it 	is
ORDERED by 	the Florida Public Service Commission 	that Order No. PSC-2 026-0054-
PAA-WS 	is hereby amended to reflect the corrected ninth paragraph of page 41 	as 	stated above.
It 	is further
ORDERED that Order No. PSC-2026-0054-PAA-WS 	is reaffirmed in 	all other respects.
