AMENDATORY ORDER
BY THE COMMISSION:
On February 22, 2024, we issued Order No. PSC-2024-0046-PAA-WS approving a
change in water and wastewater rates in Broward County for Royal Waterworks, Inc. However,
due to a scrivener's error, one sentence on page 25 is not correct. 	Therefore, Order No. PSC-
2024-0046-PAA-WS is amended to reflect the following correction on page 25:
ORDERED that in the event this Order becomes final , this docket shall be closed.
ORDERED that this docket shall remain open for our staffs verification that the revised
tariff sheets and customer notices have been filed by the Utility and approved, and the Utility has
provided staff with proof that the adjustments for all applicable NARUC USOA accounts have
been made. Once these actions are complete, this docket sha ll be closed administratively.
Based on the foregoing, it is
ORDERED by the Florida Public Service Commission that Order No. PSC-2024-0046-
p AA-WS is hereby amended to reflect the above correction. It is further
ORDERED that Order No. PSC-2024-0046-PAA-WS is reaffirmed in all other respects.
