ORDER
A petition for review by the Judicial Council has been filed in this matter. Pursuant to
Rule 18(a) of the Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings, the petition
has been referred to the Council's Review Panel. The Review Panel consists of Circuit Judge
Gruender, Circuit Judge Grasz, Chief District Judge Brooks, Chief District Judge Welte, and
Circuit Judge Stras, serving as a replacement judge on the Panel for Chief District Judge Baker
who took no part in the consideration or decision in this matter.
The Review Panel votes to deny the petition for review for the reasons stated in
Chief Judge Colloton’s order of dismissal.
