authoritytoreduceadefendant’ssentencebelowthebottomoftherangeprovidedbythe
retroactiveamendmentstothesentencingguidelines.UnitedStatesv.Cunningham,554F.3d
703,709(7thCir.2009).Here,evenundertheamendedcrackcocainesentencingguideline,
Fort’stotaloffenselevelremains43,seeU.S.S.G.ch.5,pt.A,cmt.n.2,andtheapplicable
guidelinesrangeremainslifeimprisonment.Thus,weAFFIRMthejudgmentofthedistrict
