amended as follows:
Page 7, The first sentence of the first full paragraph, currently reads:
“Here, the evidence lacks this exculpatory significance and the reliability
necessary to support a Sixth Amendment.”
It should read as follows:
“Here, the evidence lacks this exculpatory significance and the reliability
necessary to support a Sixth Amendment violation.”
