PER CURIAM:*
This Title VII case was tried on its merits by consent of the
parties before the magistrate judge who made extensive findings of
fact and conclusions of law. We have carefully reviewed the
briefs, the record excerpts, and pertinent parts of the record; and

we have concluded that the findings of fact made by the magistrate
judge are not clearly erroneous, and that the judgment entered in
the district court that the appellant take nothing from her suit,
should be affirmed.
Accordingly, we AFFIRM the judgment of the district court.
