PER CURIAM:
Brenda Coleman Gillis appeals the district court’s order denying her motion to
proceed in forma pauperis in her appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order vacating
confirmation of her Chapter 13 plan. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Gillis v. Wade,
No. 3:20-cv-00019-JAG (E.D. Va. Jan. 30, 2020). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
