INTERIM ORDER
On the basis of facts now before this Board, we decline to seek
injunctive relief. This Board does, however, retain jurisdiction
over this matter. The Board hereby instructs the general counsel to
continue the investigation into the requests now before this Board and
to obtain further information regarding the above-captioned case(s).
He shall report back to the Board itself the results of the
continued investigation as quickly as possible.
