DECISION AND ORDER
CAMILLI, Member: 	On April 24, 	1989, 	Imperial Unified School
District 	(District) 	filed a 	"Request for Stay of Hearing Pending
Appeal Pursuant to PERB Rule 32370," 	requesting the Public
Employment Relations Board 	(Board) 	to stay the hearing in this
case scheduled for June 	15, 	1989, 	pending the Board's decision on
the appeal of the administrative decision before it. 	Based on
the foregoing, 	the Imperial Unified School District's request 	for
stay of the hearing in this matter, 	now set for June 	15, 	1989, 	is
hereby GRANTED.
