It held that the case has fundamental significance because the revision is expected to clarify what legal effect the recognition authority’s revocation of the approval required under No. 3.7 of Annex VIII b to the StVZO has on the subsequent revocation of the assignment by the supervising organization. Gründe

1 Die Beschwerde hat Erfolg. Der Rechtssache kommt die geltend gemachte grundsätzliche Bedeutung (§ 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO) zu. Das Revisionsverfahren wird dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht voraussichtlich Gelegenheit zur Klärung der Frage geben, welche rechtliche Wirkung der Widerruf der gemäß Nr. 3.7 der Anlage VIII b zur Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung erforderlichen Zustimmung zur Betrauung mit den Aufgaben eines Prüfingenieurs seitens der Anerkennungsbehörde in Bezug auf die anschließende Entscheidung der Überwachungsorganisation hat, die Betrauung zu widerrufen.

2 Die vorläufige Streitwertfestsetzung für das Revisionsverfahren beruht auf § 47 Abs. 1 und 3, § 52 Abs. 1 und § 63 Abs. 1 Satz 1 GKG.
