Gründe

1 Der Antrag auf Streitwertfestsetzung ist unzulässig. Insoweit besteht kein Rechtsschutzbedürfnis. Nach ständiger Rechtsprechung des Bundesfinanzhofs (BFH) muss für den Antrag ein besonderes Rechtsschutzbedürfnis vorliegen (vgl. Senatsbeschlüsse vom 17. November 1987 VIII R 346/83, BFHE 152, 5, BStBl II 1988, 287; vom 21. Januar 2003 VIII B 214/02, juris). Dieses fehlt in der Regel, wenn sich die Höhe des Streitwerts aus den Anträgen der Beteiligten eindeutig ermitteln lässt (vgl. z.B. BFH-Beschlüsse vom 2. Oktober 1980 IV R 235/75, BFHE 131, 288, BStBl II 1981, 38; vom 27. Januar 1994 VII S 36/93, BFH/NV 1994, 818; vom 23. Mai 2001 IV S 1/01, BFH/NV 2001, 1431). Dies trifft im Streitfall zu. Der Streitwert folgt ohne Weiteres aus den Revisionsanträgen.

2 Das Verfahren ist gerichtsgebührenfrei.
