The Federal Constitutional Court corrected an obvious clerical error in the tenor of its earlier chamber decision of 2015-08-12. The correction concerned page 2, line 4, where the wording 'The decision' was replaced by 'The judgment'. The Court treated the mistake as an evident inaccuracy that could be amended without affecting the substance of the decision.
§ 319 Abs. 1 ZPO in conjunction with § 90 BVerfGG; correction of an obvious clerical error in the tenor of a chamber decision: an evident mistake in wording may be rectified ex officio or on application if the intended content is unmistakable from the decision as a whole and the correction does not alter the substantive ruling. The correction is limited to making the written expression conform to the manifestly intended tenor (cf. consid. 1).

Berichtigung eines Schreibversehens im Tenor eines Kammerbeschlusses
Die offenbare Unrichtigkeit im Beschluss der 1. Kammer des Zweiten Senats vom 12. August 2015 wird dahin berichtigt, dass auf Seite 2 in Zeile 4 die Wörter "Der Beschluss" durch die Wörter "Das Urteil" ersetzt werden.
