Résumé

The Federal Constitutional Court did not admit the constitutional complaint for decision. The order was issued as a chamber decision without reasons and is final and unappealable. Prior proceedings had been decided by the Regional Court Dresden, the Higher Regional Court Dresden, and the Federal Court of Justice.
