The Federal Constitutional Court again repeated an interim order in a family-law constitutional complaint concerning participation in a paternity test by buccal swab. It held that the disadvantages of immediate examination, especially the risk of disturbing or destroying the social-family relationship, outweighed the disadvantages that would arise if the constitutional complaint later succeeded.
