The First Senate’s Second Chamber of the Federal Constitutional Court declined to admit the constitutional complaint against a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court. Eine Verfassungsbeschwerde ist nur dann zulässig, wenn der Beschwerdeführer den angegriffenen Hoheitsakt und die behauptete Grundrechtsverletzung substantiiert darlegt; hierzu gehört eine nachvollziehbare Auseinandersetzung mit den maßgeblichen Tatsachen und dem einschlägigen Verfassungsrecht. Genügt der Vortrag diesen Anforderungen nicht, ist die Beschwerde ohne inhaltliche Prüfung nicht zur Entscheidung anzunehmen (vgl. die Entscheidungsgründe nach Maßgabe des § 93d Abs. 1 S. 3 BVerfGG).
