In three joined constitutional proceedings, the applicants withdrew the initiating applications by written submissions of 1 and 11 April 2011. Die verbundenen Verfahren sind einzustellen, da Gründe des öffentlichen Interesses für eine Fortführung nicht gegeben sind (vgl. BVerfGE 115, 394 <395>, m.w.N.).
