Der Senat stimmt der Rechtsansicht des anfragenden 2. Strafsenats zu. Er gibt eigene Rechtsprechung auf, soweit sie der Anfrage entgegenstehen sollte (vgl. BGH, Beschluss vom 14. Oktober 2015 - 5 StR 355/15, NStZ-RR 2016, 8 zur strafschärfenden Berücksichtigung von nicht näher differenziertem direkten Vorsatz insgesamt).
