Résumé

The Federal Labour Court decided the plaintiff's revision against the judgment of the Regional Labour Court of Rhineland-Palatinate. The parties had waived findings of fact and reasons pursuant to Section 313a(1) ZPO. The court dismissed the revision and ordered the plaintiff to bear the costs of the revision.
