The Federal Labour Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the Hessian LAG's judgment. Die Revision kann ohne weitere Ausführungen zurückgewiesen werden; eine solche verkürzte Urteilsfassung lässt die Kostenentscheidung unberührt und führt bei Unterliegen des Revisionsführers zur Kostenlast nach dem allgemeinen Kostenregime (vgl. Tenor).
