The Federal Labour Court dismissed the defendant's revision against the Hessian Regional Labour Court judgment. Die Revision der Beklagten gegen das Urteil des Hessischen Landesarbeitsgerichts vom 10. Februar 2012 - 3 Sa 604/11 - wird mit der Maßgabe zurückgewiesen, dass in Absatz 4 des Tenors die Worte „in der Woche des 24.12. und des 31.12.“ durch die Worte „für den 24.12. und den 31.12.“ ersetzt werden.
Die Beklagte hat die Kosten der Revision zu tragen.
