Résumé

The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the Düsseldorf Higher Labor Court judgment. The court did not provide a statement of facts or reasons because the parties had waived them under Section 313a ZPO. The plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision proceedings.

§ 313a ZPO; waiver of reasons and dismissal of revision proceedings: Where the parties have validly waived the statement of facts and reasons, the Federal Labor Court may issue a judgment without detailed reasons. If the revision is unsuccessful, it is dismissed and the costs of the revision proceedings are borne by the appellant under the general cost rules.
