Résumé

The Federal Labor Court dismissed the claimant's revision against the judgment of the Hessian Regional Labor Court. The court noted that the parties had waived a statement of facts and reasons under Section 313a ZPO. The claimant was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.

Art. 313a ZPO; waiver of findings of fact and reasons does not preclude appellate review where the operative part is sufficient to show the outcome. If the revision is unsuccessful, the costs of the revision are borne by the unsuccessful appellant.
