Auf die Revision des Klägers wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Rheinland-Pfalz vom 13. November 2009 - 6 Sa 475/09 - aufgehoben.
Auf die Berufung des Klägers wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Koblenz vom 17. Juni 2009 - 6 Ca 304/09 - abgeändert und wie folgt neu gefasst:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 40,00 Euro brutto nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 1. August 2008 zu zahlen.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestands und der Entscheidungsgründe wird abgesehen (§ 313b Abs. 1 Satz 1 ZPO). Die Beklagte hat den Klageanspruch anerkannt.
