The Federal Court of Justice rejected the plaintiff's revision against the Cologne Regional Court judgment under Section 552a ZPO. It relied entirely on its prior indication order of 7 January 2014. 1 Zur Begründung verweist der Senat in vollem Umfang auf die Ausführungen in seinem Hinweisbeschluss vom 7. Januar 2014, zu dem die Klägerin innerhalb der eingeräumten Frist keine Stellung genommen hat (§ 552a Satz 2 i.V.m. § 522 Abs. 2 Satz 3 ZPO).
