Das in dem der Anmelderin am 11. Juni 2012 zugestellten Beschluss als Zeitpunkt der Entscheidung angegebene Datum 30. Mai 2011 wird dahingehend berichtigt, dass es richtig lauten muss 30. Mai 2012 (§ 80 Abs. 1 MarkenG).
