hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495a ZPO ohne mündliche Verhandlung am 12.08.2019

durch die Richterin L

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 181,46 EUR (in Worten: einhunderteinundachtzig Euro und sechsundvierzig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 19.05.2019 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 70,20 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 19.05.2019 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
