Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.669,09 € nebst 5 Prozentpunkten Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.10.2014 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 35 % und die Beklagte zu 65 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages. Der Klägerin wird nachgelassen, die gegen sie gerichtete Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in entsprechender Höhe leistet.
