Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorfauf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 09.05.2014

durch die Richterin Dr. N3

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.988,29 EUR nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 1.517,02 EUR seit dem 1.3.2011 und aus 1.471,27 EUR seit dem 16.3.2012 sowie außergerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten i.H.v. 316,18 EUR zu zahlen.

Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits als Gesamtschuldner.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
