In this first-instance civil judgment, the Düsseldorf Local Court considered the plaintiff's claim for EUR 1,204.93. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 482,49 EUR nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.7.2010 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Beklagte zu 2/5 und der Kläger zu 3/5.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht vor der Vollstreckung die jeweils andere Partei Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
